Human Resource Management Course in Palestine

It is the duty of the human resource managers to sketch, systematize, control, and weigh up the processes of human resources. They should also develop the policies and implement these in order to get desired results. They have to recruit the competent employees after scrutinizing the resumes. The other duties are as under:
